Let Them Talk...

Your job as a manager is to have the relationships to continuously get your clients opportunities. The boxing business has always been filled with personalities, but now the personalities go to social media to be seen/heard. I cringe when I see managers on social media in heated arguments with the people they will need for opportunities for their clients. Before you crash out and look to spray derogatory slander on social media, think about your client(s) and the impact your actions will have on them.
